Revolutionary AI, LLC (d/b/a ApplyAI and Clarinet) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when providing services to you through our websites, products, and services that link to this policy (our "Services") and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.This policy applies only to information we collect:

  • Through the Services.
  • In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between you and the Services.
  • When you interact with our advertising on third-party services that link to this policy (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • From other sources, including service providers and business partners that support marketing/CRM/analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Apollo; Google/LinkedIn tags).

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) that does not link to this policy; or
  • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services.

We may provide additional or different privacy policies that are specific to certain features, services, or activities.Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it. By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Children's and Minors' Data

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. The Personal Data That We Collect or Process"Personal data" is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information (for example, account information such as name, postal address, and email address, credit card number, or any other identifier we may use to contact you online or offline).The types and categories of personal data we collect or process include:

  • Account and contact information - name, company/employer, job title/role, email, phone, and address. 
  • Payment information - card/payment method details and billing/shipping information; amount charged; order/delivery details.
  • Communication data - our email correspondence and requests for product/service information or to interact with sales/CS; email marketing sign-ups.
  • Demographic/survey inputs - job title and information provided in our customization survey; high-level location at company level (country/state/zip).
  • Transaction data - purchase logs, date, order details, delivery info, returns/exchanges (not currently collected).
  • Online identifiers / social handles - LinkedIn handle/profile when you allow us to follow you; advertising identifiers.
  • Device and network data - hardware model, browser type, operating system/version, advertising identifiers (we do not collect IP address, language settings, unique device IDs).
  • Audio/visual data - limited voice or video recordings collected through customer support/sales interactions or surveys.
  • Location information - general region/city/state/country only (we do not collect GPS, latitude/longitude, or IP-based precise location).
  • We do not collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, genetic, race/ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, union status, veteran status, etc.).

If we combine non-personal statistics/technical data with personal data so that it identifies an individual, we treat it as personal data.We also collect:

  • Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
  • Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.

If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.

How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data

You Provide Information to Us

We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you: email us to set up or change your profile; request information about our products or services; interact with customer support or sales; sign up to receive email marketing; or place an order/make a purchase (including providing payment, billing, shipping, order, and delivery details). We also collect information you provide in our customization survey (e.g., job title and related inputs).

Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate and interact with our Services, we use limited automatic data collection to gather information that may include personal data. Automatically collected information can include device and software details (hardware model, browser type, operating system and version, advertising identifiers); general location (city, state, country - not GPS or precise location); and usage details such as time of access, pages viewed, use of hyperlinks, and other systems activity. We do not collect IP address, unique device identifiers, language settings, routes to access, crash logs, ISP, GPS/latitude/longitude, or mobile advertising IDs.We do not track your online activities over time across third-party websites or services (i.e., we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking).Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.
  • Web Beacons. Our Services and emails do not currently employ web beacons/clear gifs/single-pixel gifs.

When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about your or your device. These third parties may include:

  • Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.
  • Analytics companies.
  • Your device manufacturer.
  • Your internet or mobile service provider.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data or they may collect information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

To the extent any automated technologies are considered a “sale,” “share,” targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable laws, you may opt out by emailing admin@clarinet.io with the subject “Opt-Out: Targeted Advertising/Profiling,” and by adjusting your browser cookie settings (we also honor Global Privacy Control where required). Please note some features may be unavailable as a result.We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

From Business Partners and Service Providers

We may receive personal data about you from other sources and combine it with information we collect directly from you. For example, we may obtain information from: email/marketing and CRM platforms; analytics services; payment processors; hosting and IT/security providers; professional advisors; and other service providers that perform services on our behalf. (Current examples include HubSpot, Airtable, and Apollo, and we also use third-party services such as Google to collect information.) We do not obtain data from data brokers or gift-card/promotions services.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, to:

  • Provide you with the Services and any contents, features, information, products, or services we make available through the Services.
  • Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, deliveries, and payments. (We do not manage subscriptions, returns, or exchanges based on current practices.) 
  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it, including responding to product/service information requests and customer support inquiries.
  • Improve our Services, including analyzing your information (and creating aggregated/de-identified data) to develop, maintain, analyze, improve, optimize, measure, and report on our Services and how users interact with them.
  • Promote our Services and business, including publishing advertising on our own Services and placing ads or using marketing tools on third-party services (e.g., Google/LinkedIn), and using information to model, segment, target, offer, market, and advertise our Services.
  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts between you and us, including for billing and collection, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Notify you about Services updates and changes to any products or services we offer or provide through them, and to send transactional, marketing, and promotional communications (subject to your opt-out rights).
  • Customize our programs and otherwise use your information in ways in which you consent and for reasonable business purposes (e.g., insurance maintenance, risk management, seeking professional advice, internal accounting and audit functions).

The usage information we collect, whether connected to your personal data or not, helps us improve our Services and deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience sizes and usage patterns.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Services according to your individual needs and interests.
  • Speed up your searches.
  • Recognize you when you return to our Services.

We may also use your information to contact you about goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting admin@clarinet.io.We use location information (limited to city/state/country) to understand regional demand, measure website reach, and tailor communications at a general level. We do not use GPS or precise location for these purposes.

Who We Disclose Your Information To

We may disclose aggregated information about users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.We may also disclose personal data that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • Service providers and processors we use to support our organization—e.g., hosting/IT and security, payment processing, customer support, email/CRM/marketing and analytics (including HubSpot, Airtable, and Apollo, and third-party services such as Google/LinkedIn tags). We require these recipients to use the data only on our behalf and to protect it appropriately.
  • Professional advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants, consultants) under duties of confidentiality.
  • Business transfers. To a buyer or successor (or their advisors) in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
  • Co-sponsors and partners for joint programs/events and similar collaborations (only as needed and consistent with this policy).
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it and for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
  • With your consent.

Subsidiaries/Affiliates.

We do not currently disclose personal data to subsidiaries or affiliates for their independent use. If our structure changes in the future, any such disclosures will be limited to substantially similar purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.We may also disclose your personal data:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

The categories of personal data we may disclose include:

  • Account and contact information (name, company/employer, job title/role, email, phone, postal address). 
  • Payment and transaction information (payment method details; billing/shipping information; amount charged; order and delivery details; purchase logs).
  • Customer relationship/demographic/survey inputs (e.g., job title; customization-survey inputs; company-level location such as country/state/zip).
  • General location information (city/state/country only; no GPS/precise location).
  • Device and network data (hardware model, browser type, operating system/version, advertising identifiers).
  • Online identifiers/social handles (e.g., LinkedIn handle if you allow us to follow you).
  • Audio/visual data arising from customer support/sales interactions (voice/video where applicable).

We do not disclose identity-document numbers or biometric data because we do not collect those categories.If you interact with us on public forums (e.g., social media), content you submit may be visible to others and to the platform provider in accordance with that platform’s terms.Your Rights and Choices About Your InformationThis section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.

Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:

  • Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking-technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect information through other tracking technologies by adjusting your browser or platform settings and, if needed, by contacting us at admin@clarinet.io. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Services may not respond to all browser DNT signals. Instead, you can use the range of other tools to control data collection and use, including the cookie controls and advertising controls described in this policy.
  • Promotions by the Company. If you do not wish us to use your information to promote our own products or services, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or emailing admin@clarinet.io with your request. (We do not use SMS marketing.)
  • Targeted Advertising by the Company. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to help deliver or measure ads for our Services on third-party platforms (e.g., Google/LinkedIn), you can opt out by adjusting your browser cookie settings, using platform-level ad settings, or emailing admin@clarinet.io with “Targeted Advertising Opt-Out” in the subject line. (For some opt-out tools to function, your browser may need to accept certain cookies.)
  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. We do not share your personal data with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for their own advertising and marketing purposes without your consent. Third parties (e.g., Google/LinkedIn) may still collect information via our Services to provide analytics and to help us promote our Services. Those third parties may provide tools to control interest-based ads (for example, industry opt-out pages) in addition to your browser and platform settings.

Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:

  • Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state , data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
  • Correction. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose.
  • Deletion. You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
  • Opt Out of Using Personal Data for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal data for these purposes.

Important: The exact scope of these rights varies by state. Your European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
